Staff Nurse

Job Title: Operation Theatre In-Charge

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activities in the Operation Theatre

• Coordinate OT schedules with surgeons and staff

• Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and functional

• Maintain OT hygiene and infection control standards

• Keep records of procedures, inventory, and equipment

• Handle patient movement to and from OT

• Manage and guide OT staff

• Ensure readiness for emergency surgeries

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or OT Technology

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Good knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures

• Strong coordination and leadership skills
