Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, floors, windows, and common spaces.

Ensure washrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and well-maintained.

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Dust and wipe furniture, equipment, and fixtures regularly.

Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.

Office Support:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Distribute mail, couriers, and internal documents within the office.

Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging stationery.

Run minor errands outside the office if needed (e.g., purchasing supplies).

Other Duties:
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and office stationery.

Follow safety and hygiene standards.

Assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
