Manage time to handle multiple calls

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pantry Duties:

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.
Manage pantry stock, refill supplies, and ensure availability of tea, coffee, milk, and other essentials.
Clean utensils, cups, and kitchen equipment regularly.
2. Office Support Duties:

Keep office premises clean and organized, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents.
Handle indoor and outdoor errands, such as collecting couriers, banking tasks, and purchasing office supplies.
Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness in restrooms and common areas.
Support staff with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
3. Guest & Staff Assistance:

Greet and assist visitors, offering refreshments when needed.
Set up meeting rooms with refreshments before meetings.
Assist in arranging office events or gatherings.
