Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide
administrative and strategic support to senior management. The ideal candidate should
possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
Coordination & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external
stakeholders.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely
decision-making.
Draft and proofread business documents, memos, and meeting minutes.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Handle financial data, contracts, and legal documents with discretion.
Ensure professional conduct and representation of the executive’s office.
Project & Task Management:
Assist in managing and tracking key business projects.
Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
Prioritize and handle multiple assignments within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related
field.
Experience: [5+] years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant,
or similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and project management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
