We are hiring a proactive and customer-friendly Front Desk Receptionist cum Telecaller for Namo Gnage Wellness Pvt. Ltd. in Ghaziabad, Mohan Nagar. The role focuses on managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and making outbound calls to potential clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote exhibition stall bookings and sponsorships.

• Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.

• Manage front office supplies, records, and basic administrative tasks.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Assist in event coordination and visitor management during exhibitions.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with a Graduate degree and 6 months to 2 years of experience in front desk management, telecalling, customer service, or sales support are ideal for this role. Strong communication skills, a friendly personality, confidence in making calls, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
