Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient assistance. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and friendliness.
Answer and direct phone calls; manage emails and correspondence.
Maintain office security by monitoring access control and visitor logs.
Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and events.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
