Roles and Responsibilities :
Must handle Front office roles
Taking care of customer welcoming and inviting guests
Manage the front desk, great visitors and handle incoming calls
Provide administrative support to the management team
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and appointments.
Maintain accurate records, files and databases.
Handle mail, courier services and other correspondence.
Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding processes.
Our Requirements
1 - 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Fluency in Tamil, English and Hindi (Basic) is required
Proficiency in MS Office etc.
Must have Interpersonal and Organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
