1. Serve as the point of contact for customers or clients seeking assistance via email, phone or in person.
2. Document all customer interactions and review with data proof.
3. Operate data in Google Sheet and do call analysis.
4. Handle customers under pressure.
5. Daily, weekly and monthly call analysis and generate report.
6. PPT Presentation for monthly review with customers.
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
8. Collaborate with other departments or teams to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer support experience.
9. Should have worked in TATA STEEL services
