Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a positive and professional impression. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, proven experience in customer handling, and a proactive approach to online review collection and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Reception and Guest Relations:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Manage visitor logs and maintain security procedures.
Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding the company, its services, and general inquiries.
Communication and Correspondence:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle inquiries and provide information via phone, email, and in-person.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Draft and prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Online Reputation Management:
Proactively solicit and collect online reviews from satisfied customers.
Monitor online review platforms and respond to customer feedback (positive and negative) in a professional manner.
Implement strategies to improve the company's online reputation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a front office, customer service, or related role.
Language Proficiency:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
