Job Summary: The Hostness is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for hotel guests. The hostess will engage with guests, address their inquiries and concerns, and ensure that they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various guest situations professionally.
