Duties & Responsibilities

 Handling the Counters :-

►Should be responsible for handling the customer at the food counter and the Cinema Counter.

►Should be responsible to generate the movie tickets on the Ticket counter and deliver food items at the Food counter.

Handling  Box Office:

    a) Make sure all required items available for smooth operation.

    b) Inform his team about special booking or corporate booking .Collects information from SSRE/SRE   Routinely check of uniform standard of SRT

Concession:-

  a)  Proper service of food items

  b)  Maintain record of the sale

  c) Routinely check the machines (equipments)

Other activities:-

►   Give complete and clear information with the ticket about the Audi no. and floor

► Maintain neat, tidy, well organized, well stocked items for operation.

► Handle special request e.g. Refund, enquiry pleasantly and courteously.

► Prepare the counter well before entry and intervals for maximum efficiency.

► Tries to upgrade the sale, sell combos, special promotion.

► Is always visible and available to assist customer needs.

   ►Help customer even when customer has not directly approached him, comes up with new ideas that help improve profits or customer service.

 ► maintain high level of grooming standard.

 ► Take on the responsibility of team performance and handling any contingencies in the absence of AM/SSRE/SRE

 ► Is a role model in terms of his performance,personality and taking initiative
