Role Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant for managing professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be well spoken and capable of handling a dynamic schedule, confidential matters, and diverse tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
• Organize and maintain my calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate travel plans, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Ensure timely reminders and scheduling of personal and business commitments.
2. Communication & Correspondence
• Manage emails, calls, and messages, ensuring prompt well drafted responses.
• Act as a liaison between the employer and stakeholders, including business associates, service providers (styling teams etc), and personal contacts.
3. Personal & Household Management
• Handle personal shopping, bill payments, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate household staff, maintenance, and services as required.
• Plan and organize personal events, reservations, and social engagements.
4. Financial & Documentation Assistance
• Maintain records of expenses and assist in financial planning.
• Organize and handle important documents, including tax filings, investments, and contracts.
• Liaise with accountants, and other professionals for financial or such matters.
5. Travel & Logistics Coordination
• Work with existing travel desk to book flights, hotels, and transport for domestic and international travel.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Handle visa applications and required travel documentation.
6. Confidentiality & Discretion
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters.
• Ensure high levels of discretion in handling sensitive information.
