Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of [Executive/Manager/Individual].
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
Manage household or office-related tasks, including personal errands.
Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee event planning and coordination for business and personal engagements.
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Candidate should have 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
