EL Healing Centre is hiring a Personal Assistant (Female) to oversee front desk operations, assist with executive tasks, and contribute to the centre's day-to-day administrative and client-facing responsibilities. Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional, calm, and inviting reception area
Handle front-desk calls, inquiries, and coordinate with clients for Swarp and BNI meetings
Maintain and organize office files, board updates, and daily schedules
Be actively involved in social media management and marketing content posting
Assist in meetings as a PA – take notes, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely reporting
Provide hourly updates to the management for transparency and task tracking
Coordinate testimonials and feedback from clients
Assist in travel bookings, meeting setups, and hospitality needs
Ensure office aesthetics are well-maintained – looking cool and elegant
Must be AI-educated or tech-friendly to support digital processes
Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience: Prior experience in admin or executive assistance preferred
