Maintain front office reception area
Welcome customers/guests and answer their queries
Answer phone calls, emails and maintain booking/appointment record

Handling Reception, EPBX
Receiving calls and transferring
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Take up other duties as assigned.
Providing general Administrative support
Operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need
Petty cash handling
Immediate joiners preferred
