Job Summary:
We seek a well-spoken, presentable, and organized Receptionist to be our company's first point of contact. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a warm welcome for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor badges when required.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Assist in scheduling meetings, and appointments, and managing office calendars.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for smooth office operations.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good time management and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles is a plus
Fluency in English and local language(s)
