Job Title: Receptionist (Preferred Female Candidates)

Location: 3rd block, 4th floor, White House, Greenlands Rd, Kundanbagh Colony, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Department: Administration / Front Office

Job Summary:

We seek a well-spoken, presentable, and organized Receptionist to be our company's first point of contact. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a warm welcome for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor badges when required.

  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, and appointments, and managing office calendars.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for smooth office operations.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles is a plus

  • Fluency in English and local language(s)

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-service-focused
