Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Pan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in front office management, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.

• Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a neat and organized reception area.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and letters.

• Maintain visitor records and assist with security procedures.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in office administrative tasks.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document filing, and inventory management.

• Assist HR and administrative teams in organizing office events and activities.

• Ensure smooth communication between different departments and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1-2 years in front office/receptionist role.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).

• Personality Traits: Well-groomed, professional, courteous, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
