Key Responsibilities:
● Hospital Management: Oversee the operations of hospital with cashless facilities. Ensure smooth interaction between patients, hospital staff, and the TPA network.
● Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team as the Front Desk In-Charge. Ensure the team is properly trained and efficient in their roles.
● Customer Interaction: Attend to patients and their relatives, providing assistance and guidance as required. Address patient queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
● Inbound Call Management: Handle inbound calls and forward them to the appropriate department or person as needed.
● Courier Dispatch Management: Oversee and manage the inward and outward dispatch of couriers in a timely manner.
● MIS Reporting: Maintain detailed MIS reports of patient registrations, admissions, and follow-ups. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all records.
● Quality Maintenance: Monitor the quality of services provided by the hospital team and ensure they align with organizational standards.
● Event Coordination: Coordinate with the staff for organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging refreshments and meals. Arrange seminars and camps, collaborating with doctors, lab technicians, and other relevant personnel.
● Billing & Cashless Services: Handle both IPD (Inpatient Department) and OPD (Outpatient Department) billing processes. Manage cashless billing and settlements with the relevant authorities and insurance providers.
● TPA & Mediclaim Management: Handle all TPA and mediclaim work, from pre-authorization to settlement. Coordinate with insurance companies and ensure smooth processing of claims.
● HR & Admin Responsibilities: Coordinate HR and admin-related tasks, including job postings, screening of candidates, and salary calculation. Job
