Responsibility:

Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor log and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Customer Assistance: Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and its products.
Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment.
