We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support across the organization.
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security by following procedures (e.g., issuing visitor badges).
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
