Job Description: Admin Executive cum PA
Location: Shela, Ahmedabad | Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days a week
Joining: Immediate
Experience: Minimum 3+ years
Age: 28 – 38 years (strictly)

Handle administrative tasks: office/shop maintenance, monthly billing, staff hiring, bank coordination
Maintained Excel-based company finance records (inflow & outflow)
Act as Personal Assistant to the owner: schedule meetings, coordinate with event companies, assist in growth-focused tasks
Handle email correspondence and online research and assist with company growth activities
Track and complete daily task lists efficiently
Be ready to travel locally for work-related errands when required
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Must have own vehicle and valid driving license
Must have personal laptop or system
Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented
