Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
