Job Location: Muradnagar Ghaziabad.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Officer to manage multiple operational functions including transportation, housekeeping, hostel administration, and other key tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across these areas, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport Management:
Oversee the daily transportation schedules , ensuring timely and efficient travel arrangements.
Coordinate with external transport providers and handle logistics for employee transport needs.
Maintain vehicle records, schedules, and ensure vehicles are regularly serviced and in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding transport and safety standards.
Housekeeping Supervision:
Manage housekeeping staff, overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of office spaces, common areas, and facilities.
Ensure proper inventory management of cleaning supplies, and ensure the timely ordering of necessary materials.
Implement and monitor housekeeping procedures to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Hostel Management:
Supervise and coordinate the operations of the company hostel, ensuring that it remains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Address any concerns or complaints from hostel residents promptly and professionally.
Manage room allocations, maintain occupancy records, and ensure all hostel facilities are properly maintained.
Coordinate with relevant departments for the smooth running of hostel-related operations.
General Administrative Tasks:
Assist with general office administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain records of departmental expenses and assist with budget planning and cost control.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical support for senior management and staff.
Provide support in organizing company events and other ad-hoc administrative activities.
Other Duties:
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all office and hostel resources are replenished as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all areas of responsibility.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
