Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized female HR Associate/HR Assistant to join our team at Harbor Connect Services LLP in Noida, Sector-62.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Sourcing & Validating Profiles: Utilize various channels such as Naukri.com to source and validate profiles to meet internal requirements for various departments.

2. Maintaining MIS: Ensure accurate maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) related to HR activities.

3. Implement Effective Sourcing Techniques: Deploy effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to identify top talent.

4. Employee engagement: Fun fridays, birthday celebration, festival celebration etc.

5. Employee Grievance Management: Act as the point of contact to manage employees' grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining employee satisfaction.

5. Onboarding and Induction: Handle onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Associate/HR Assistant or similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
