Job description:
Sourcing, Screening and whole Recruitment process.
Smoothly handle joining & exit formalities and required documentation.
Statutory Compliance, Legal Compliance, Employee Engagement, Contract Vendor Management, Handling Workers Grievance handling.
Provide support and advice on employee relations matters,
Manage HR Work Like Employee engagement, Employee grievances, Training & development, Disciplinary action process and Statutory compliance activities Etc.
Must have experience to effectively handle overall Human resource HR activities.
Good to prepare MIS report.
Qualification: MBA in HR, MSW or PG in HR stream
