Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate executive communications, including managing calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
Organize interviews, handle the onboarding process, and assist in recruitment.
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Develop and maintain professionalism among staff and clients, ensuring confidentiality.
Handle business development tasks, such as managing incoming inquiries and outbound calls.
Collaborate with various teams, such as social media, digital marketing, and brand consultants, to ensure efficient coordination.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Admin Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Experience with vendor management and recruitment processes is a plus.
Education:
Graduate in any field, with a preference for candidates who have experience in administrative roles in the IT services industry.
