We are seeking a driven HR Recruiter Intern to join our team and assist with our recruitment initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR department to support the recruitment process, providing you with a valuable opportunity to earn Unlimited Incentives from day one.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in recruitment, learn about talent acquisition, and play a key role in our team's achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help source potential candidates via job portals, social media, and various recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Organize interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.

Requirements:
- A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be available to work from the office.
- 6 Days Working with Sunday as a fixed day off (Hybrid Module).
- Day shifts only, with a commitment to a 3-month internship.
- Location: South Delhi - Near Saket metro station.
