Payroll and Statutory Compliance:

• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions (including PF, ESIC, and TDS), and other statutory contributions.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including minimum wages, gratuity, and bonus payments.

• Prepare and issue Form 16 and other statutory forms to employees.
  Prepare reports on tax, PF, and ESIC compliance for management and regulatory bodies.
