JP Sales Corporation located in Patel Nagar, Dehradun is looking for an experienced Admin Executive who will provide support the day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, handling communication, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring that the office is well-equipped at all times.
Maintain and update office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle office-related HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping.
Assist in preparing and managing budgets and expenses related to office supplies, utilities, etc.
Maintain effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
Provide support to senior executives and other teams as needed.
