Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Working Days: 6-day week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

- Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.

- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.

- Handle grievance redressal and employee engagement activities.

- Maintain HR reports and documentation for audits and compliance.

- Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin/HR roles.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
