Sigma MRI & Diagnostic Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and other HR-related administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Process payroll and handle employee attendance records.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving HR-related queries.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Handle employee grievances and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
MBA in Human Resource Management.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
