Job Summary:

Bright Future Infotech is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. The role requires excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and a keen eye for identifying the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

• Source and attract potential candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices.

• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment (Placement consultancy experience is a plus).

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media recruitment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment software is an advantage.
