Designation – Executive/Sr. Executive – HR & Admin
Location: Ichchapore, Surat
Industry: Pharmaceutical Warehouse
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure proper documentation.
• Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Maintain and update employee records as per organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records for accurate payroll.
• Coordinate with the Head Office team.
• Organize workshops on workplace ethics, safety, and compliance.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies tailored to warehouse operations.
• Taking care administrative task
• Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and ethical standards.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the warehouse.
• Manage vendor for office supplies, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse infrastructure, including utilities and equipment.
• Managing R&R activities and other Employee Engagement Activities
• Maintain records of licenses, contracts, and compliance documents for audits.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for administrative needs and approvals.
• Manage attendance and files of 3rd Party like Housekeeping, Security, Canteen and other manpower supplier
• Sending salary inputs to HO HR team.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Requirement:
• Strong understanding of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS excel and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of Attendance and leave management
• Able to manage HR operations of entire Warehouse
• Experience of warehouse or manufacturing unit will be more preferable
• Male candidate preferred
