Location: Office No. 6, Vega Centre, Tower A, 3rd Floor, Swargate, Pune - 411037Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern/Assistant to join our team. He/She will assist in various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.Support the onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Assist in employee engagement activities and event coordination.Handle documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.Assist in conducting performance appraisals and feedback collection.Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
