This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates through online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with HR Manager identify hiring needs.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Liaise between teams, external vendors, and senior management.
Organize team events.
ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records.
Handle procurement and vendor relationships.
Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization.
Support various teams within the organization, including HR, finance, sales, tender and marketing.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have min. 06 months experience as an HR and admin executive in similar roles. Strong computer and communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential.
