We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive to join our team at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with strong knowledge of job portals and excellent communication skills to handle hiring and HR coordination tasks smoothly.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Source candidates through multiple job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure a professional and smooth candidate experience.
Assist with employee engagement, documentation, and other HR functions when required.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or startup setup.
Strong working knowledge of various job sites and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
