Assist in identifying potential candidates through various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support the team in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline
Learn to utilize effective Boolean search techniques to find relevant candidates
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in preparing interview feedback forms and collecting responses
Support team members in understanding client requirements
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress
Help prepare recruitment status reports for clients
Assist in organizing client meetings and follow-ups
Update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
Assist in creating and updating recruitment metrics reports
Help organize candidate and client database
Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Basic understanding of recruitment concepts and HR functions
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
