AVS also provides services such as easy post-booking modifications, cancellations, and last-minute itinerary adjustments with just a few clicks.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies to align with the organization's vision, mission, and overall business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR-related matters.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for executive and senior leadership roles.
Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet the organization’s needs.
Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and create succession plans.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, high performance, and diversity and inclusion.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and development.
Implement programs that support work-life balance, wellness, and employee recognition.
Performance Management:
Oversee the development and implementation of a performance management system that drives accountability and employee growth.
Provide guidance to managers on performance appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
Lead the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with all compensation-related laws and regulations.
Monitor and manage the organization’s compensation budget.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance processes, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated.
HR Operations & Technology:
Oversee HR operations and ensure efficiency in all HR processes.
Leverage HR technology and data analytics to improve decision-making and HR service delivery.
Implement HR systems to track employee performance, compensation, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, including at least 2 years at an executive
Proven track record in strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development.
In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, compensation, benefits, and employee relations best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Professional HR certification preferred.
Experience managing HR for a global or travel-intensive workforce is preferred.
