HR Executive

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including document verification and orientation programs.

• Employee Relations:

• Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious workplace.

• Promote employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises and celebrations.

• Compliance & Record Keeping:

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Performance Management:

• Assist in appraisals and performance review processes.

• Track employee development and training needs.

Administrative

• Office Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.

• Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

• Vendor & Facilities Management:

• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and other services.

• Ensure the office environment is safe and well-maintained.

• Policy Implementation:

• Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.

• Ensure adherence to organizational standards.

• Travel & Accommodation:

• Handle travel arrangements for employees, including tickets, accommodation, and local transportation.
