• MBA in HR
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Microfinance sector or related sectors.
• Preferably in the NBFC & BFSI Background.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Microfinance industry trends and specific hiring needs is a plus.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: -
• Bulk Hiring & Source candidates for the frontline roles.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for roles, focusing on relevant experience and skills.
• Collaborate with ER Offices, Training centres, and collages for bulk hiring.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future openings in the industry.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to extending offers and onboarding candidates.
