HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on bulk hiring for BPO roles.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns.

• Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO bulk hiring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using recruitment portals and ATS tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

• Knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance is a plus.
