We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resource

Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee administration, payroll, and scheduling tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR principles, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• General understanding of HR administration, Recruitment process, Employee engagement, Performance management, Payroll and other HR functions.

• Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, providing support and guidance as needed.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive talent landscape to enhance recruitment strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Previous experience in an HR role, with a focus on administration, payroll, and scheduling, is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a Plus
