As we grow, we are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team and support end-to-end human resource functions across multiple outlets.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves managing recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll support, compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting a people-first culture and ensuring smooth HR practices across centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and conduct smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain accurate attendance records, manage leave applications, and support payroll input based on attendance.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies. Maintain statutory records and assist in audits.
Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and documentation such as contracts, ID cards, and policy acknowledgments.
Performance Monitoring: Coordinate appraisal processes and maintain performance tracking records in collaboration with department heads.
Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and contribute to creating a motivated work culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or service sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a people-first mindset.
