HR Executive

• Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 

  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. 

  • Conduct research and identify potential candidates for open positions. 

• Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on qualifications and experience. 

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role. 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements. 

  • Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability. 

• Offer Management:

  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates. 

  • Prepare and issue job offers. 

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 

• Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. 

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities. 

  • Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. 

• Employer Branding:

  • Represent the company positively to candidates and potential employees. 

  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. 

• Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. 

  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
