Responsibilities

 Updating internal databases with new hire information

 Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

 Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

 Publish and remove job ads

 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

 Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

 Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department

 Develop training and onboarding material

 Respond to Cluster Manager's Questions Requirements and skills

 Work experience as an HR & Admin

 Familiarity with Recruitment portals

 Basic knowledge of Excel

 Organizational skills

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Should be Graduate
