Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with vendors and other departments for HR-related requirements
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation
Support in performance management and employee feedback processes
Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
