Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the growth and development of our organization. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.2. Employee Relations: - Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.3. Performance Management: - Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance. - Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance.4. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Organize training sessions, workshops, and conferences.5. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
