Complete Joining Formalities of New Employee
· Send Offer letter
· Confirm DOJ.
· Facilitate Computer, Stationery, mail id, mobile phone, internet, empower.
· Provide policy manual & appointment letter.
· Coordinating for induction training for new join.
3. Recruit and train and allocate responsibilities to new joinee.
4. Responsible to maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data of Company employees / Agency Employee & Labour [ Security & housekeeping Staff] and other professional data such as attendance, hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
5. Ensure that services to all Employees / Contractual Employees-Labour in the areas of wage / salary, disbursal of benefits etc. is handled properly.
6. Manage Time Office and ensure proper leave and salary administration
7. Responsible for facility administration, housekeeping activities of the organization and Poha production area, which will include maintaining cleanliness and Hygiene at Production area like cleaning, moping, spraying of medice in rainy season etc. & availability of basic resources from stationary, machinery, furniture, fixtures etc.

10. Responsible for issue offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter, promotion letter, termination letter, show cause notice and reliving letter.
11. Responsible for preparing Full and Final and clearance the same within time.
12. Assist in generating UAN number, ESIC number and also in PF withdrawal.
13. Maintaining file of each Employee / Contractor Employees with following doc: contract document or work order / PF code / ESIC registration / EC Policy if applicable/ Contractor Details / PF challans / all half yearly and yearly returns/ letter issued to contractor / Letters received from contractors / Show cause etc.
14. Responsible to deal with vendors to provide general facilities to employees such as Workplace Hygiene & Cleanliness, food service (if any), transportation service etc.
15. Vendor payment (security/ House-keeping agency) to be verified against actual attendance and payment processing to be done in timely manner.
16. Birthday Celebration, Employee Engagement Activity to be done on regular level at HO and Factory.
17. KRA-KPI performance evaluation as per the evaluations system of the organization
18. garden systems, and nearby area at new godown to be check and maintain properly.
