Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
2. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Conducting initial phone screenings and coordinating interview schedules
4. Preparing interview questions and other hiring materials
5. Participating in job fairs and career events
6. Maintaining and updating the candidate database
7. Assisting in preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process
8. Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
