We are looking for an HR Sales Executive cum Tele Caller who will be responsible for handling recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting in employee onboarding and development, and making outbound sales calls to clients and candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
3. Assist in employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure seamless integration and growth.
4. Make outbound calls to clients and candidates to promote our services and products.
5. Build relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
6. Provide information about our organization, services, and products.
7. Provide support for HR-related queries and concerns.
